Board of Directors

Desmond Allum, SC is head of Trinity Chambers and a former Member of Parliament.  He has handled some of Trinidad & Tobago's highest profile criminal cases, for example, the trial of Dole Chadee.  Trinity Chambers has a strong team of criminal and company lawyers.  SIS is honoured that he has consented to be Chairman of its Board of Directors

Winston Scotland is a chemical engineer and supply chain specialist who spent 35 years working for Unilever, rising to be one of its two worldwide technical directors and Senior Vice-President (Technical Operations) of its US subsidiary, Lipton's.

Patricia Robertson has wide experience of the Caribbean and Commonwealth having been Sir Shridath Ramphal's secretary and worked extensively with the UN on Women's affairs.

Lucretia Gabriel, PhD, executive director of SIS is a versatile facilitator and researcher with experience in Science, Education and Social Development.

Management

Hazel Scotland, brings >25 years experience of interacting with consultants, senior managers, entrepreneurs and Government personnel in the UK and the Caribbean  to her function as the Marketing Manager of SIS Ltd.  She is based in London and will anchor SIS operations in the UK and Europe.

Heather Gabriel, Administrative Manager, has worked for SIS for 10 years and assisted in developing its systems, particularly ensuring compliance with terms of reference requirements.

Tamara Chatar, Administrative Assistant, recently joined the team and promises to contribute greatly to its efficient provision of services.
